#GRADSCHOOLBOUND: Anna Lynn-Palevsky ‘18

After graduation, Anna will move to Boston, Massachusetts to begin earning her Master of Science at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health.

I wanted to study at Harvard because they have a strong model development and research methods program, and because of the opportunity to work with other research and medical institutions in Boston. I’m excited to work with Harvard faculty studying the epidemiology of aging and to learn more about the health and disease trends of elderly populations.

My advice to CC students applying to grad school is to really focus on your statement of purpose during the application process to help schools understand not just your skill set, but why your personal interest in the subject will make you an outstanding student.

Congratulations, Anna!
