We are seeking professional, self-motivated, accountable individuals to provide excellent service for our shareholders and broker/dealers. Successful candidates will have phone and customer service experience, will be coachable, have follow-through, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
• Provide mutual fund account services to investors and broker/dealers by answering incoming telephone calls.
• Determine appropriate action necessary to fulfill customer requests by investigating the needs of the customer and broker, and effectively communicating with other departments on our customers’ behalf.
• While meeting your individual performance standard, contribute to and enhance the team’s performance by sharing information with colleagues, effectively using resources and offering alternatives to common problems, formulating and submitting ideas to supervisors, and contributing to a harmonious and professional work environment.
