YouthWorks is a multi-denominational, nonprofit organization that exists to connect teenagers to God, each other and communities through life-changing, Christ-centered mission trips. As 20,000 people take part in service this summer at over 40 communities, we need over 200 college and post-college-age staff to be on the front lines leading this ministry. In the midst of leading around 65 students and adult leaders on a mission trip each week, our staff teams cultivate relationships, develop their leadership skills and deepen their faith. And they get paid to do it!
YouthWorks offers several types of summer staff positions. Although each team member shares many of the same job responsibilities, unique areas of leadership define each position. Full-time YouthWorks staff are working year-round to set up the mission sites. All summer staff receive their community information and are trained at the beginning of the summer. All YouthWorks summer staff receive a stipend, housing, meals, site vehicles for work purposes,
and are even eligible for cell phone reimbursement. Summer jobs run from May 25, 2019 – August 7, 2019.
