Deadline 3/16: Fidelity Emerging Leaders Program for Liberal Arts Students

Are you a highly motivated self-starter graduating this spring as a liberal arts student? If so, Fidelity’s Emerging Leaders Program is interested in you.

Fidelity’s new, innovative, 18-month cross-functional rotational program is for graduating seniors who are eager to explore different career paths and fast-track their job experience.In this 18-month program, you will be exposed to a robust, customized experience that includes structured networking and coaching, formal learning, and opportunities to gain knowledge and technical skills from various Fidelity businesses.

This program is focused on developing the following capabilities in our associates: Understanding financial services, how Fidelity makes money, working in a matrixed environment, understanding our unique culture & values, influencing outcomes, identifying alternative solutions, and finally, building relationships and a personal brand.

You can apply to one of two programs: the Westlake, TX program, or the New England rotational program (Boston, MA, Merrimack, NH, and Smithfield, RI, with final placement in those sites).

Before you submit your application, please have it reviewed by the Career Center. Please also attend the application workshop for this position on Monday, March 5 at 4 pm in the Career Center.
