What’s this class about?

Join Senior District Judge Mike Mayes in evaluating a case involving criminal and civil law. Discuss relevant issues pertinent to the case, represent the plaintiff or defendant, and make your final argument to the jury.

Note that class times have been specially selected to allow Kaplan: LSAT Prep students to attend.

What are the times and dates?

The first week of Half Block: January 9-12, with class from 1-4pm.

What kinds of skills will I learn?

You’ll learn oral communication strategies, the legal terminology necessary to bring a case to court, and creating and structuring persuasive arguments.
